Online purchases are eligible to earn rewards points. To receive points, please use the same email address or phone number at checkout that is tied to your rewards account.

Rewards points are usually applied within 48 hours after your order is completed. Points are based on the cart total after discounts, before tax and shipping. Cancelled or refunded items do not earn points.

Points earned from online purchases can currently be redeemed in store only.

If your points have not appeared after 48 hours, send us your order number and the email or phone number on your rewards account, and we’ll be happy to look into it.
